The 9/11 Tribute Museum is a project of the September 11th Families’ Association created by the widows and families of the Fire Department of New York. The museum presents the factual information of the events and resilient spirits that arose after the attacks until today, and encourage the visitor to volunteer in their communities.

We created interactive oral history stations, linear films, lobby displays, branding digital signage, and the Seeds of Service media wall exit experience. Our media color palette starts from being elegant to cheerful in the end, echoing the environmental design. No good deed is too small - through an entry station, we invite visitors to share the good they've done, or declare to do some good. Visitor's entry, represented by their words and selfies, then appears on the media wall, joined the Seeds of Service.
